Lupes are a Mexican dish that consists of grilled chunks of meat and vegetables cooked in a cazuela (a tortilla) and topped with cheese and a variety of toppings. My version is made with grilled chorizo, roasted tomatoes, and a mix of corn, green chiles, and tomatoes.
I’m not sure if the lupes taco is a taco or a soup. It doesn’t really have a name, and I’m not even sure if it’s a dish or a topping. But I really want to make it.
Lupes tacos are one of those dishes that are so simple to make you feel like you should be doing it all the time without even thinking about it. The only thing you need is some meat (chorizo), a tortilla, cheese (mozzarella), and some toppings (the more of them you can find, the better). If you like your tacos with a side of salsa, that’s fine, but if you just want something easy, you can use just the cheese.
Lupes tacos are just like tacos in that you can make them for any occasion. For instance, the ones that come with guacamole and cheese are easy to whip up, or you can make them with chorizo and make it vegetarian or vegan.
The only thing that separates lupes tacos from tacos in general is that you can make them for any occasion and you don’t have to worry about whether what you’re making is vegetarian or not. There really isn’t a difference between the two, and you can even substitute with tofu or vegan cheese for the guacamole, if you like.
The problem with lupes tacos is that it will take you forever. If you are a long-term loser, then you will eventually end up with a belly full of tacos. A lupes taco is pretty much the same as a guacamole, and it will be so much easier to make than a taco. But the trick is that the lupes tacos will be less versatile and can be made any time you want.
The lupes tacos are great as a snack, a sandwich, some taco seasoning, or even a salad. They are just as good as tacos with guac or salsa, or even Mexican soup. However, there are a couple of things you should know about lupes tacos. Firstly, because they are so quick and easy to make, they will not last very long.
Secondly, there will be no guacamole in these tacos. A guacamole is a sauce that you mix with a variety of ingredients and spices to make a tasty sauce. These lupes tacos will have no sauce. Instead it will be a mix of chicken, beans, rice, salsa, and a little sour cream. The lupes tacos will only be served with guacamole.
Why do they always turn out to be good tacos? I mean, we don’t have to learn this from someone who doesn’t make one. We can learn from anyone who makes it. But if you know that you can learn from anyone who doesn’t make it, maybe it’s time to stop and think about it.
